Trouble for first few months - especially printing envelopes. Rapid response from SCT: many site visits, many hours fixing it - taking up computer and desk space. Machine is very noisy & scans are not as clear as we would like for our business, and slow to print after pressing print.

The installation and training went smoothly, and the machine is running perfectly.
