Pivot Homes have had a strong business relationship with SC Technology Group for over 20 years. We recently transitioned to our new display home and with it a new photocopier. Jeremy and the team at SC Technology Group were very accommodating in removing the old machine and replacing with new. The service and follow up contact is appreciated and I highly recommend them.
Skip to 2025 and we renewed our lease contract and with that a new photocopier. With costs of everything going up Jeremy somehow managed to give us a great offer which exceeded our expectations.

SC Technology constantly review our needs to ensure we are on the best option possible to minimise our printing costs. They supply reliable machinery backed with strong after sales service. Jeremy thinks outside the box to ensure our needs are met and also makes sure we have the most up units where possible. They also assist in our desire to reduce printing where possible and correctly account for the printing that is done.

Trouble for first few months - especially printing envelopes. Rapid response from SCT: many site visits, many hours fixing it - taking up computer and desk space. Machine is very noisy & scans are not as clear as we would like for our business, and slow to print after pressing print.

Sold Company on 1st of January. Attempted to change lease agreement to new owners. Charged over $400 to change company entity in April. Hadn’t been completed by September.
New owners of company move location of office and require printer removed. Contact sc technology to discover contract is still in old entity’s name and charged over $5,000 to return printer and pay out contract.
Be careful signing a long contract with this company. make sure printers are serviced as per contracts and printer is operational.

We have been leasing a copier from SC Technology Group for over 12 months and couldn’t be happier with the service and overall experience. Our sales representative Daniel took the time out to get to know our business and our requirements.
The delivery and setup team were punctual and courteous. They took the time to set up the copier properly and ensured that it was working correctly before they left. They even provided a brief tutorial on how to use the copier's features, which we found to be very helpful.
Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our experience with SC Technology Group. The service was excellent, the set up and delivery were hassle-free, and the copier is affordable and meets all our needs. We would highly recommend SC Technology to anyone in need of a reliable copier solution.

We (All Saints' Anglican Parish of Newtown & Geelong West) recently purchased a Toshiba machine from SC Tech to replace our old Toshiba which had eventually stopped working and was unable to be repaired because parts were no longer available for this ancient model. After obtaining quotes from several suppliers, we found that SC's quote was very reasonable and given our long and history with the company we chose them. The installation and training went smoothly, and the machine is running perfectly. I would have no hesitation in recommending SC Tech for their friendly and efficient service and great after sales support.

SC Technology have been looking after our printing needs for many years now. We have had a few problems with the I.T. side of things due to our photocopier being so old. The team from SC Technology have helped us through these problems & nothing seemed too much trouble for them.
We have now upgraded to a brand new copier & are so happy with it & with the service we have been provided. This new copier is so simple to use & is making our job so much easier.
I can recommend this company & their new copier with no hesitation.
Thanks James, Jeremy & their team.
