Toshiba wins 2014 Bronze Stevie Award for World’s First Multifunction Product with Erasable Toner

Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc., has won the 2014 Bronze Stevie® Award within the best business-to-business product category for unveiling the world’s first multifunction product (MFP), the e-STUDIO306LP/RD30, which incorporates erasable toner. The award was presented at the 12th Annual American Business Awards event held recently in San Francisco.The availability of Toshiba’s innovative product represents a paradigm shift in how organizations may print while promoting a new era of corporate environmental sensibility. Through its unique toner, the device is capable of erasing images and text output allowing for the reuse of the same sheet of paper. By reusing the same sheet as many as five times, users dramatically minimize paper usage while lessening carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions by up to 57 percent, as validated by the British Standards Institute, a global national standards organization.
